Loop ("the App") is operated by NYRAI LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a Massachusetts limited liability company. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the identifiers Apple provides.
Brand data: When you search for or add your app, we fetch publicly available App Store listing information (app name, description, screenshots, icon) to build your brand profile. This data is already public on the App Store.
Generated content: The videos and captions you create are stored in your account so you can access them across sessions.
We keep third-party data sharing to a minimum:
The standard Loop experience generates your video on your device — the voiceover and captions are produced locally and your content is not sent to any AI provider. AI-enhanced generation (currently in limited early access) additionally uses Replicate for video and ElevenLabs for voice; this only applies if AI generation is enabled for your account.
Loop is free to use and does not process payments. We do not sell your data or track you across other apps or websites.
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the App. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, brand data, generated videos, and all associated content from our servers within 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and encrypt sensitive data at rest. API keys and tokens are stored server-side and never included in the App binary.
The App is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email.
